WOD: 5 Rounds, each on a 3 minute clock, of:

20 GHD Sit-ups (sub weighted sit-ups)

20 Hip extensions

Max reps Bodyweight Front Squats in remaining time.

Rest atleast 3 minutes between each round.

Note: if you can, take barbell from the ground. If you must, take from the rack.

Scaling BW Front squat: use 65-70% of your max.
