WOD: 7 minute AMRAP:

2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10…etc, reps of:
Deadlifts (225/155)
Handstand push-ups (strict if possible)

Rest 5 minutes

Then: 7 minute AMRAP:

2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 ….etc, reps of:
Power Cleans (155/105)
One-legged squats

Scaling options: Deadlift (185/125), Power Clean (115/80), box assisted one-legged squats….stand between 2 boxes, place one hand on each box and use upper body to assist with the one-legged squat. Or set up a band on the rig to sit in to or hold with hand and assist as you stand up.
