Take 12-15 minutes to work up to today’s heavy single.
WOD: 5 RFT of:
50 feet of Barbell Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35)
21 burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
Please DO NOT drop empty barbells!!
