Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90%

Then, 1 set of:
Back Squat x Max Unbroken Reps @ 83%

WOD: Complete rounds of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 reps for time of:
Ring Dips
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
