Skill: Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes (4 sets) of:

Minute 1: 6-8 Pull-ups (kipping or strict – pick the one you need most work in!)

Minute 2: 12 Back extensions (add weight if needed)

Minute 3: Athletes choice (du’s, hs walk, t2b, etc)

WOD: 15 minute AMRAP:

5 Power Cleans (135/95)

10 Box Jumps

15 wall balls
