WOD: Alternating On the Minute for 30 minutes:
Odd Minutes – 15 Calorie Row or 200m Run
Even Minutes – 15 Burpees

NOTE: You can alternate between row & run but you atleast have to do half & half. Scale reps as needed.

THESE BURPEES CAN COUNT TOWARDS YOUR DESSERT BURPEES!!!
